- Responsible for recording and filing minutes of departmental meetings and inform the reporting authority for further action.
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives based on strategic, financial and operational metrics and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.
- Provide technical and administrative support related to a variety of Human resources duties.
- Act as liaison between the administrative authority, Departmental Heads, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between respective authority and internal departments;demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Liaise with various departments and operating units and act as a point of contact in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Perform follow-up tasks with various group managers.
- Keep a schedule of events and calendar dates.
- Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the group, and manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact.
