We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence as required.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • Assist in project management, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and provide ad-hoc assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
