Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient calendar and travel management, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role involves coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, supporting corporate communications, and facilitating project and task follow-ups to enable the management team to focus on strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily agenda and prioritize tasks for the management team.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodation, visas, and expense reporting.
  • Plan, organize, and follow up on meetings and events; take meeting notes and share follow-up actions.
  • Support corporate communication and announcement processes.
  • Use calendar and project management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Teams) effectively.
  • Professionally handle email and phone correspondence.


Qualifications

  • Minimum an associate degree from relevant university departments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Preferably residing in or able to commute to the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
  • For male candidates, completion of military service.
