Responsibilities

Conserve the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.

Maintain an efficient repository of data, investments, and key information across multiple domains.

Manage the executive’s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Welcome guests and stakeholders in person or via phone, and professionally handle inquiries or redirections.

Prepare reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing relevant information.

Stay proactive on WhatsApp, emails, and Slack to remain updated and ensure swift turnaround times.

Maintain critical documents such as KYC files, credentials, contact lists, and payment details in an organized manner.

Oversee day-to-day operations and manage both personal and professional requirements of the executive.

Track expenses, maintain invoices and ledgers, and ensure timely reconciliations.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Follow up on assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion and execution.

Provide insights and process improvements to enhance the executive’s productivity and decision-making.

Contribute to broader team goals and company initiatives as required.
Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.

Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.

1–3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or senior leadership role.
