Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day executive, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and professional follow-up across all executive activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, draft, and review professional correspondence (letters, emails, reports)
- Take accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and ensure proper follow-up on action points
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Support ad-hoc administrative and executive tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Based in Kuwait with availability to work on-site
