Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day executive, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and professional follow-up across all executive activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, draft, and review professional correspondence (letters, emails, reports)
  • Take accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and ensure proper follow-up on action points
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and executive tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Based in Kuwait with availability to work on-site
