Responsibilities:


  • Manage all the administrative work of the department and Head Office.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding contracts, staff documentation, leaves, and recruitment follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit required internal requests (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT).
  • Organize and manage executive meetings.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Follow up on the entire team task list and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with all required departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Manage GM calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft official correspondence and maintain filing systems.


Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or related field

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years in executive support (contracting experience preferred)
