Our Expectations for someone in this role include:

  • Calendar & Email Management: Managing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings, and handling inbox correspondence.
  • Travel Logistics: Booking domestic flights, hotels, and transportation, and creating detailed itineraries
  • Meeting Support: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating Zoom/Teams meetings.
  • Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives, managers and staff
  • Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and correspondence
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling expenses, managing filing systems, and organizing special projects.

Must have skills and competencies:

  • Experience:3-5 years of experience working in an EA role preferably banking, finance, or legal
  • Software Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bonus Points for Having the following:

  • Experience in supporting executives within the commercial banking space
  • Bachelor's of Science or Arts
  • Support of executive through business transformation

The expected annual salary for this position is between 90-100K at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual's skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
