Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize emails, calls, and official correspondence
  • Draft and format letters, reports, memoranda, and presentations
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up action items
  • Maintain confidential files and organized documentation
  • Liaise with senior management, departments, and external partners
  • Receive and coordinate visitors professionally
  • Track deadlines, commitments, and strategic initiatives
  • Provide executive-level administrative support as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

This is a highly demanding role that requires flexibility and responsiveness. The successful candidate is expected to be available beyond standard working hours when necessary, in alignment with the Chairman’s priorities and business requirements.
