We are seeking a highly organized person who is strongly suited to handle various administrative tasks. This person will work closely with the companies CFO and assist them with various daily tasks which include posting job ads, conducting interviews, contacting vendors, paying bills, categorizing transactions, correcting payroll issues, calling and scheduling appointments, processing invoices, running in person errands, calling potential sales leads, following up with potential customers to confirm scheduled demos and appointments, and any other assigned duties.

This position will be a hybrid position. Some remote work is avaliable. Must be located in the Miami Florida area and willing to come in person to our office located at Grove Harbour Marina weekly.

Adrenaline Powerboats is a Georgia based high performance boat manufacturer. We are currently expanding our operation to the Miami Florida area. We currently have a sales and service office located in the Grove Harbour Marina. We primarily use this location to service existing customers and to meet with clients and potential clients. We use this location to run all of our in person demos. In addition to our sales and service office, we are in the early stages of obtaining a manufacturing location in Miami FL. This will require a lot of effort and help to fully relocate one of our locations from Georgia to the Miami area. We will require the position to help with hiring and structuring a new team of employees in our new location.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
