Executive Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Representing the CEO's office for any form of communication and correspondence
  • Effective in Calendar Management and co-ordination with cross functional departments
  • Maintaining proper filing system and documentation for all departments
  • Co-coordinating for travel bookings for domestic, international, as and when required.
  • Preparing various reports on regular basis
  • Maintaining MOMs of various meetings and appointments
  • Generating various MIS reports.
  • Responsible for handling all required administrative activities related to CEO’s office
  • Taking care of projects from start to finish, managing time and tasks effectively
  • Manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks
  • Typing with the ability to draft own correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
