Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the organization, providing comprehensive support through effective project coordination and personal assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and Outlook Calendar appointments.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks by maintaining clear communication with team members.
  • Assist in event planning, organizing meetings, and preparing necessary materials for presentations.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized files.
  • Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Help manage support tickets to resolve agent issues.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in event planning is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
