Executive Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our team at PPH. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and managing administrative tasks with efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support.
Manage and coordinate calendars and meetings.
Prepare presentations.
Facilitate effective communication between the team members.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and typing .
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
