Executive Assistant to Founder | Healthcare AI Startup | El Segundo

A fast-moving healthcare AI company in El Segundo is looking for a sharp, driven graduate ready to roll up their sleeves and work directly with a visionary founder. This is not a clock-in, clock-out role — it's an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a cutting-edge startup from the inside out.

The Role

You'll be the founder's right hand, keeping him focused, organized, and moving at full speed. Every day will be different. You'll need to anticipate needs before they arise, think critically under pressure, and execute with precision and discretion.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the founder's calendar and manage complex meeting scheduling across time zones, triage and manage a high-volume inbox with excellent judgment about what's urgent and what can wait, and prepare the founder for calls, presentations, and meetings with research, briefings, and background materials. You'll handle legal documents and route them through DocuSign, manage workflows and projects in Monday.com, and keep everything running smoothly across G Suite.

Who You Are

You're a recent graduate who is deeply ambitious and hungry to prove yourself in a startup environment. You're exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, and you take pride in doing things right. You understand that supporting a founder at this level is a meaningful, high-impact role — not a stepping stone to ignore. You're comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and you figure things out.
