Provides executive support to the President & CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Board committees.
Essential Job Functions:
· Support the administrative needs of the President & CEO and Executive Team. Proactively perform general administrative duties: maintain meeting calendars, ensure materials are provided for meetings, including technology setup and support as necessary, screen and schedule appointments, manage event registrations and compose correspondence.
· Schedule, prepare materials and record minutes for Board of Directors, Board committee and Foundation Board meetings. Maintain Board contact lists, annual forms, and content on the virtual Board platform, Boardable.
· Prepare meeting materials and record minutes for All Staff, Leadership Team and Executive Team meetings.
· Produce the daily 8:10 a.m. report and promptly disseminate to all employees.
· Work with fellow Food Bank staff to reserve on- and off-site meeting spaces.
· Assist Human Resources department with administrative tasks and scheduling during busy times.
· Coordinate the submission of Feeding America’s NAR (Network Activity Report).
· Make travel arrangements for staff.
· Coordinate lunch and/or refreshments for meetings as needed.
· Assist with special event functions (Board retreat, Food Bank anniversaries, hunger awareness functions, and other events as assigned).
· Serve as a backup to the Front Office Specialist, providing coverage and handling mail as needed.
Qualifications:
· Keen sense of hospitality and customer service.
· Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and telephone skills are required.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multifaceted demands.
· Great attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
· Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Results-orientated and the ability to take initiative.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications.
· Possess a valid Nebraska driver’s license and must be insurable.
· Passion for alleviating hunger, addressing food insecurity and the root causes of poverty and injustice.
· Motivated by service, humility and compassion for helping people.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
