Executive Assistant

Intensive Health is seeking a Rural Health Clinic Executive Assistant to join its team. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, efficiently managing diverse tasks with minimal oversight. The primary function is to support the Clinical Director, ensuring smooth operations, process improvements, and responsiveness to evolving priorities. While independent problem-solving is key, this role also requires responsiveness to direct tasking and ensuring that leadership is kept informed on key decisions.

POSITION: Rural Health Clinic Executive Assistant

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets (including advanced functions), and data tools.
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • experience in healthcare operations, executive support, addiction treatment services, or data analysis preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • provide direct support to the Clinical Director, ensuring operational efficiency across service lines
  • proactively manage and prioritize tasks, adapting to changing needs
  • assist in project management, process improvement, and operational coordination across facilities
  • develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data dashboards to support decisionmaking and reporting requirements
  • participate in key activities for federal grants and projects involving thirdparty stakeholders
  • identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, reducing manual workload
  • assist with scheduling, document preparation, compliance tracking, and communications
  • conduct research and prepare reports on patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy
  • solve problems independently but escalate when necessary
  • serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including medical and administrative teams
