Executive Assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant V

Location : Mountain view, CA

Duration of Assignment : 6 Month contract

Pay Range : $60.00/hr to $63.00/hr

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leaders by managing day-to-day priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and dynamic calendars with a strong understanding of business priorities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and expense reports (Concur)
• Act as liaison between executives and internal/external partners, maintaining professionalism at all levels
• Organize and support meetings (onsite/offsite), take detailed notes, and track follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Partner with other EAs and teams to align schedules, plan events, and execute initiatives
• Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist in supervising junior administrative staff as needed
