How you'll make an impact in this role:
Empower executive leadership by proactively managing complex calendars and travel logistics, ensuring their time is protected and focused on high-priority organizational goals.
Create high-impact communications, including reports and presentations, that translate complex operational data into clear, professional narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive meeting excellence by facilitating seamless end-to-end coordination, capturing critical decisions, and following up on action items to keep strategic projects moving forward.
Cultivate a professional first impression for the executive office by screening inquiries and welcoming visitors with the discretion and warmth that reflects our culture of care.
Optimize administrative workflows through the meticulous management of financial and operational documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
