Meeting scheduling and calendar management.

Expense report preparation.

Travel booking.

Logistics planning for team meetings, including coordination with venues and other vendors.

Virtual meeting agenda preparation, facilitation, note taking, and recap note distribution.

Virtual records management.

Other projects and duties, as assigned.

Ability to work at least three days each week, during regular business hours, at the headquarters office in Henderson, Nevada.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The teammate is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The teammate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
