Executive Assistant

We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff to act as the strategic right hand to the CEO. You will drive key initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across the business, enabling the CEO to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from planning to execution and track progress
• Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the CEO, managing priorities, communications, and briefings
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Serve as liaison between the CEO and senior leadership to maintain alignment
• Analyse complex challenges and provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (French, German, or Arabic a plus)
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and judgment
• Strong project management and structured problem-solving skills

Must have experience working within a recruitment company or a technology company
