Location: Minneapolis, MN – North Loop (Hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote)

Pay: $35–$40/hour + overtime eligibility (not required) + large annual bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global investment banking firm headquartered in Minneapolis on a newly created Executive Assistant position. This role was added due to continued business growth and will support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in staying one step ahead. You’ll be part of a team of Executive Assistants , making a team-oriented mindset essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to four senior executives , including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials; track follow-ups and action items
Organize, maintain, and update internal CRM and documentation
Assist with internal and external event planning
Anticipate executive needs, manage shifting priorities, and proactively set expectations
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to changing business needs
Experience supporting executives in professional services, finance, or a related industry is a plus
