Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO and lead efforts in our company's brand development.
Managing the executive's schedule, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless office operations as well as working with to create and implement a brand-building campaign nationally . The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, has previous experience working in a marketing/brand development role, and excellent writing skills.
This role will take the lead in implementation of brand development projects, writing grants, and event planning for the company as well as the non-profit foundation for the executive.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple meaningful projects throughout the multiple company's of the executive (Real Estate development, Meat Processing Plant, and Non-Profit Foundation.) No two days will be alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments.
- Coordinating needs across multiple business entities for the executive
- Must have experience in booking travel arrangements(domestic and international), maintaining organized records of the executive's travel expectations, executive memberships, and use of airmiles.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support - including drafting email correspondence, proofreading documents, transcribing meetings with accuracy, researching topics and briefing executive on pertinent news updates, ensuring an organized space, and multiple other methods of support to the executive.
- Coordinate various projects related to brand development, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Drafting press releases and working with news outlets to ensure positive brand placement.
- Organize and facilitate event planning for company functions, presentations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Support personal assistant tasks, including personal scheduling, errands to help optimize executive productivity, and possible travel with executive to manage schedules and meetings while traveling (remote support while traveling may include differing time zones/international).
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting high-level executives or entrepreneurs.
- Marketing/brand development experience
- Grant writing experience or strong writing skills that would transfer over into grant writing with practice and further training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Docusign, etc
- Excellent typing speed, data entry accuracy, proofreading skills, and transcription abilities.
- Experience with event planning, project coordination, calendar management, and office operations.
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
