Executive Assistant & Content Creator

Madison, WI | Full-Time | Travel Required

This role will begin as an apprenticeship 40 hours-per week for 120 days. At the 90 day mark you will have the opporutnity to be promoted to full time based on your skills and performance.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of executive operations, media production, social content, podcasting, and thought leadership. The position supports the daily operations of the founder while helping grow visibility across platforms, podcasts, and media.

Travel will be required periodically, particularly to New York, Los Angeles, and industry events for podcast recordings, media appearances, and content capture.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media + Content Creation

• Film, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Capture day-to-day content including meetings, travel, events, and lifestyle moments
• Manage and produce content

Podcast + Media + PR Support

• Research, outreach, and scheduling of podcast guests
• Coordinate podcast recordings and production logistics
• Secure guest appearances on aligned podcasts and media platforms

• Coordinate with publicist and PR partners

• Draft articles and editorial-style content

• Assist in coordinating the build-out and launch of a new website

Executive Support

• Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics
• Support administrative needs and project coordination across initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Skilled in short-form video creation and social media editing
• Strong communicator and writer
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule
