Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Operations Manager

Department: Operations
Location: Chandigarh
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director while overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing both strategic and administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistance:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for strategic reviews and business updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and task closures.
  • Support in decision-making by gathering and analyzing business data.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments (admin, HR, accounts, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure projects, orders, or client deliverables are completed efficiently.
  • Identify gaps in operational performance and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and office administration functions.
  • Supervise operational staff and ensure accountability through proper task allocation and performance tracking.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance requirements.
  • Maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and weekly performance summaries for management.
  • Support internal audits and coordinate with the accounts team for documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
