Executive Assistant (Female ) to CEO

FAJ IT Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sensitive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and personal support. This role requires close coordination with the CEO and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective time management, and seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents, communications, and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist the CEO with personal and professional administrative tasks.
  • Support day-to-day executive operations and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Departments to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation on behalf of the CEO when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

The Operations Assistant will report to designated PRM staff and provide logistic support and other tasks as assigned. The Assistant shall work in collaboration with other designated operational assistants to provide smooth operational services. The detailed tasks to be performed by the Operation Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:

Regularly update the contact details of personnel in PRM in consultation with all units in PRM

Other IT Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using calendar management, email systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
