SUMMARY:
Provides administrative support to the SVP for Regulatory Affairs & VP of HR Affairs.
Clinical/Technical/Service
- Demonstrates the ability to perform administrative tasks.

Coordinates and maintains calendar for the Sr. VP for Regulatory Affairs & Human Resources.

Establish and maintain office records, documents, and files.
-
Develop and/or revises forms for the departments and related administrative functions.
-
Acts as resource to staff in meeting standards for Regulatory Compliance.
-
Attends meetings, takes and disseminates minutes.
-
Coordinate travel arrangement for Sr. VP for Regulatory Affairs & Human Resources.
-
Updates Policies and Procedures manuals.
-
Participates in meetings, in-service training, and quality assurance activities when appropriate.

Reserve conference rooms, set up agenda and arrange conferences for the Sr. VP for Regulatory.
Affairs & Human Resources
- Prepares, transcribe, types and proofs a verity of memos, reports and correspondences.

Coordinate quarterly HR progress meetings.

Prepares expense report for the Sr. VP for Clinical Affairs.

Coordinate new hire departmental orientation.

Prepare yearly Employee Satisfaction Surveys and calculate results.
-
Assists in photocopying, distribution of forms, and correspondences.

Prepare yearly Clinical Satisfaction Surveys and calculate results.
-
Assists in photocopying, distribution of forms, and correspondences.

Assists with special projects assigned to the VP for Clinical Affairs.
-
Acts as liaison to HR staff and AMG members in trouble shooting issues.

Assists with special projects assigned to the Sr. VP for Regulatory Affairs & Human Resources.

Provides support for regulatory reviews.

Qualification:

High School diploma or equivalent required, BA preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, clinical experience a plus.

Demonstrated competence computer skills including, but not limited to MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel to different sites within the Institute.
