Your opportunity
Executive & Team Support
- This role will be supporting the Global Head of Macro & Customized Investing, the Head of Global Fixed Income and the Head of Multi-Asset Macro Investing based out of the NY Office.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to investment team members, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare polished presentations, reports, and professional documentation.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential information, including sensitive personnel files.
- Coordinate and manage departmental projects from planning through completion.
Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily office operations in the New York office.
- Oversee workspace logistics, including seating assignments, office moves, and new‑hire workstation setup.
- Maintain a well‑run, professional office environment by managing supplies, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and service contracts.
- Partner with building management on security access, maintenance issues, and safety procedures.
Events, Logistics & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Plan and manage on‑site events, all‑hands meetings, client visits, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate effectively with executive assistants across departments and global offices to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, and other internal partners to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Track and manage business and office expenses, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Process invoices and manage office‑related budgets with attention to accuracy and cost efficiency.
Employee Experience & Onboarding
- Support onboarding for new hires, including office orientation, IT coordination, and workspace readiness.
- Promote operational efficiency by anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Must have skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Advanced clerical and administrative skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Highly organized and extremely detail‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities.
- Anticipates needs proactively while driving change and resolving conflict.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Nice to have skills
- Team‑oriented and collaborative.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Self‑starter who takes initiative.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$125,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through April 19, 2026.
