Description

• Manages complex calendars, schedules appointments, and independently prioritizes/reschedules meetings.
• Manages expense reports and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
• Arranges domestic and international travel, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries for executives and guests.
• Manages purchase requisitions from entry to approval.
• Conducts full analysis on purchase orders including verifying attachments; comparing amendments, quotes and signed contracts prior to approval.
• Assists with the creation of presentations including collecting information and formatting.
• Summarizes incoming materials, gathered information, or meeting content to assist executives.
• Coordinates and provides support for on-site and off-site events.
• Coordinates internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
• Takes and transcribes notes and dictation.
• Reads and routes incoming mail appropriately.
• Periodically inventories and, if necessary, orders supplies.
• Acts as the liaison with IT for hardware and software issues for executives.
• Handles confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
