Essential Functions- Create correspondence and other communications; handle correspondence for CEO; open mail and route as
necessary.
- Maintain accurate records on SFB Casualty Board members; obtain travel schedules for Board members.
Perform similar functions for meetings involving state managers.
- Answer telephone and provide information to callers or route calls as appropriate; take messages; make
appointments: read/print e-mail and respond as necessary; send and receive faxes.
- Coordinate employee recognition activities for employment anniversaries.
- Maintain meeting files for CEO; coordinate all travel arrangements; prepare receipt for expense
reimbursement.
- Handle requests for Company plane usage by officers; coordinate scheduling of select conference rooms.
- Coordinate with Life Company and states to maintain accurate listings of directors, officers, and managers;
maintain mailing lists for CEO.
