Executive Assistant to CEO - $120k-$150k
Global technology firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Founder/CEO as a right-hand administrative and operational support person. Position will enable the assistant to act as a strategic partner and trusted operator, while keeping office operations moving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:

Serve as a right-hand partner to CEO performing both EA and PA duties as needed

Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones

Arrange extensive global travel including air, ground transportation, dining reservation, hotels with different time zones, visas, etc.

Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality

Partner with internal leaders and external partners to support initiatives, troubleshoot blockers, and move projects forward

Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine

Assist with office operations support including vendor management, supplies, invoicing, and some HR-related tasks

Moderate Personal Assistant work as needed
Requirements Include:

8+ years of experience in administrative support to senior leadership including C-Suite, Founders, and executives

Prior experience in tech firms and/or startup environments is a BIG plus; must be able to work at a fast-paced with an entrepreneurial mindset

College graduates strongly preferred

Previous work with business operations and light office management would be an asset

Highly organized and detail-oriented, must have a keen sense of discretion
