Executive Assistant to CEO

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and business communications. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, board sessions, and business events.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support in following up on key projects, decisions, and business priorities.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate or corporate sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.
  • Professional appearance, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

Work Location: Nasr City. Cairo

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
