Executive Assistant to CEO

Candidate MUST live in Eastern Time Zone.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment and can operate with minimal oversight.

Important: Candidates must live in the Eastern Time Zone and have 5+ years of C level executive support experience.

A computer will be provided but consultant needs to have a quiet, private work space with fast and reliable internet connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s email communications, routing messages appropriately and tracking action items
  • Provide high level administrative support to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness
  • Prepare complex documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Conduct market research and assist with special projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain executive contact lists
  • Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and proactively anticipate needs
  • Assign and track project tasks across team members to ensure timely completion
  • Partner with the CEO on select marketing initiatives
  • Provide backup support to sales and customer support teams as needed
  • Support additional projects and initiatives that drive company success

Requirements

  • Applicant will be expected to take an aptitude test
  • 5+ years supporting C level executives (required)
  • Basic working knowledge of Real Estate transactions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to pivot quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong experience with Teams, Slack, and similar platforms
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of work independently
  • Comfortable working autonomously across multiple projects
  • High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to design and edit professional presentations and materials

Consultant will receive PTO, Equity, and the opportunity for this role to turn into a W-2 position.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
