Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO for our company in the Fire Fighting industry. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO.
  • Draft professional emails, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and maintain documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Willing to commute daily to Sharjah Industrial Area.
