TITLE: Executive Assistant to CEO
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly capable, high powered Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast growing, multi concept hospitality group. This is not a traditional assistant role, this is a strategic partner position for someone who thrives in high performance environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with precision, discretion, and urgency.
The right candidate will act as an extension of the CEO; protecting time, driving priorities forward, and ensuring seamless execution across a dynamic and fast moving organization.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Time Mastery

Own and aggressively manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and time allocation

Anticipate needs, prepare materials, and ensure the CEO is always one step ahead

Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics with efficiency and foresight
Operational Coordination

Serve as a central point of communication across leadership teams

Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-through across departments

Ensure alignment and accountability on high-priority projects
Communication & Representation
-
Draft, edit, and manage high-level communications on behalf of the CEO

Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders

Uphold the voice, tone, and standards of the organization in all interactions
Project Management

Lead and support special projects from concept to execution

Create structure, timelines, and systems to ensure completion

Drive momentum and follow-through at a high level

Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
-
3+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive (hospitality or high growth environments preferred)

Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities
-
Strong writing and communication skills
-
Proficiency in modern business tools (Google Suite, project management platforms, AI, Canva, etc.)
Physical Requirements:

Sustain extended periods of focused computer work, including scheduling, writing, and managing multiple digital systems simultaneously.

Transition quickly between tasks, priorities, and communication channels in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Move throughout office spaces, restaurant locations, and offsite meetings as needed to support the CEO and business operations.

Lift, carry, and transport materials such as documents, packages, or supplies up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.

Maintain clear and effective communication in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing platforms throughout the workday.

Support local travel demands tied to meetings, site visits, and operational priorities, including consistent ability to drive, maintain a valid driver’s license, and ensure reliable transportation.
