About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our Operations Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow in business operations, strategy, and executive leadership support within a fast-paced global IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Attend internal and external meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor deliverables, projects, and KPIs.
- Prepare POS proposals, invoices, presentations, reports, and formal business documentation.
- Support internal communications and act as a bridge between the CEO and team members.
- Communicate with clients confidently, understanding their technical requirements.
- Represent the company by attending client meetings, workshops, and business events globally.
- Participate in strategy discussions, assist in business planning, and contribute to performance reporting.
- Understand IT-related requirements and prepare proper documentation (infrastructure, networking, or software development).
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or administration (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or a related technical field).
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, infrastructure, networking, and software development basics to effectively communicate with clients.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello, Notion, or similar).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, confident personality with a can-do attitude.
- Must be open to international travel for meetings, workshops, and business events.
