Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Strategic Executive Assistant / Business Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO across a diversified business group.

You will act as a force multiplier—supporting decision-making and bringing structure across multiple business lines. "This is NOT a traditional assistant role"

What you’ll actually do

• Prepare high-quality decision briefs (financials, risks, insights)
• Track execution across projects, assets, and companies
• Build dashboards and structured performance reports
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, automation tools) to streamline workflows
• Act as a communication layer between leadership and teams

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 5–10 years experience in consulting, operations, or fast-paced environments
• Can handle complexity across multiple sectors
• Is highly structured and execution-driven
• Can translate data into clear business insights
• Has practical experience using AI to improve workflows
• Fluent in English & Arabic

MBA is a plus—but not a requirement.
