Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CXO in developing and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and functional strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities of the CXO’s office, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct scenario analyses, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track project and business performance, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and board-level review meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication, follow up on key deliverables, and ensure alignment across business units.
  • Drive special projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • MBA and BE/B.Tech from premier institutes (IIM, IIT, ISB, or equivalent preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, strategy, consulting, or project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, business analysis, and executive communication.
  • Proven ability to work with high discretion, ownership, and execution excellence in fast-paced environments.
