Job Description: Executive Assistant (Admin)

Location:, : B-37/B, Jhilmil Industrial Area,Delhi
Job Type: Full Time ( On site)
Experience: 3–4 years
Education: Graduate (Engineering background preferred)
Language: Excellent English communication

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organised, and dependable Executive Assistant who can support our Director in daily operations and manage overall office administration. This role is for someone who enjoys coordination work, is strong with follow-ups, and can handle responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Handle email drafting, communication, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, data sheets, and maintain information in Excel
  • Arrange travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management
  • Coordinate with clients, teams, and external vendors

Office Administration

  • Handle day-to-day office admin activities
  • Vendor coordination, material follow-ups, and basic office procurement
  • Maintain records, files, and ensure proper documentation
  • Support in coordination, reporting, and regular follow-ups with teams

Required Experience

  • Must have experience in supporting Director / Senior Manager
  • Experience in office administration, coordination, and reporting work
  • Strong command over English (spoken + written)
  • Good in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Professional, punctual, organised, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹372,000.00 per month
