  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the Director's complex diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Communication: Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; draft communications; act as a professional liaison for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and organize logistics.
  • Travel & Expenses: Arrange complex travel (flights, hotels, transport) and manage expense reports.
  • Document Preparation: Compile data, research, and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
  • Information Management: Maintain confidential files, organize records, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an EA or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and autonomy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving abilities and initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
