- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the Director's complex diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and proactively resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; draft communications; act as a professional liaison for internal/external stakeholders.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and organize logistics.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange complex travel (flights, hotels, transport) and manage expense reports.
- Document Preparation: Compile data, research, and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
- Information Management: Maintain confidential files, organize records, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an EA or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and autonomy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative.
