Delta International Institute offers guidance and mentorship to individuals looking to generate passive income by trading in financial markets. We provide both offline and online sessions, supported by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), an initiative by the Government of Dubai. Our mission is to provide fair education resources and easy access to financial markets. We offer one-to-one sessions to help our students trade consistently and achieve financial success.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to General Manager, located in Dubai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support to the General Manager. Daily tasks may include scheduling meetings, handling communications, and organizing events and travel arrangements. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Power Bi, Excel, and Report Generation
  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Business Analytics skills
  • Strong Executive Support skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
