Our company is a sweets factory located in Al Qusais, Dubai, we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Anticipate the needs of the General Manager and proactively address them.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
