Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Noida Sec 4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, calendar, and meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional business correspondence and emails on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal meetings and external communications.
  • Represent the MD in meetings when required and document key points or action items.
  • Liaise with company stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior-level executives.
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and external parties such as clients, vendors, and investors/VCs.
  • Coordinate and support business collaborations with potential clients and partner organizations.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and critical documentation.
  • Handle domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Attend and facilitate daily scrum meetings and follow up on pending actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Presentable personality with strong command over written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace.
  • Experience or exposure in coordinating with companies, business partners, or investors (VCs preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
