We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to support our Company’s Director in his daily routine assignments and activities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements .
- Visa Formalities
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, HR related letters (offer letter, appointment letter, etc) and reports. Maintaining attendance and leave records for all staff including company’s multiple work locations and identities. Preparation of MIS reports.
- Take minutes during meetings. Prepare MOM, and take approval of content, and circulate to the team designated.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Update the office notice board with vital information and Local, National and International news bulletin.
- Responsible for the company's multi location units.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
