Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration:
Partner directly with the C-suite in the development and execution of long-range strategic documents, meticulously aligning market insights with the company's overarching objectives.

Executive Communications Management:
Skilfully manage the C-Suite leader’s internal and external communications, including crafting impactful mailers, speeches, media interview talking points, and presentations, working in close collaboration with the PR and Communications team.

Calendar and Travel Coordination:
Efficiently coordinate and manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and ensuring optimal time management.

Meeting Management:
Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas, meticulously record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up and accountability.

Comprehensive Executive Support:
Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting professional correspondence, discreetly managing confidential information, and expertly handling diverse inquiries.

Corporate Events Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the events team to strategically plan, creatively design, and flawlessly execute company-wide town halls and other corporate events.

Operational Efficiency Enhancement:
Proactively identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency and achieving tangible cost reductions.

Data Visualization and Reporting:
Develop and manage insightful dashboards and reports utilizing relevant software and tools to provide clear visibility into key performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:

MBA degree from a Tier 1 institutes.

Proven experience/knowledge within the electronics and semiconductor industry is essential.

Demonstrated experience working directly within a Founder's Office, providing high-level support.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.

Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting software and tools is highly desirable.
