Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing fitness and wellness enterprise. Our portfolio includes:

A flagship high-performance gym in Las Vegas, Newtech Gym.

A fitness equipment distribution company, Newtech International.

A fitness equipment manufacturing comapny, Newtech Wellness Co Ltd., from South Korea

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building systems, managing projects, and ensuring execution across multiple business lines.

You will serve as the CEO’s operational right-hand, organizing priorities, coordinating teams, and driving projects forward across multiple companies and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Sales Support

Manage complex calendar, schedule & travel

Filter, organize, and respond to communications

Prepare meeting agendas, notes & follow-ups

Maintain confidential documents & files

Project & Task Management Across Companies

Cold call & follow up with equipment sales

Coordinate tasks across several business entities

Follow up with administrative tasks

Track execution and ensure deliverables stay on schedule

Follow up with team members, contractors, and vendors

Maintain task boards, systems, SOPs, and checklists

Provide daily & weekly project status reports to the CEO

Operations & Communications

Support hiring, onboarding, and HR documentation

Draft emails, proposals, and internal memos

Communicate with teams in the U.S. and all over the world

Handle vendor relations, quotes, and purchase coordination

Build and maintain executive dashboards & KPI reports

Organize investor/partner communication packets

Assist with event and launch planning (gym events, business trips, etc.)

Requirements

Fluent in English & Korean (spoken and written) — required

3+ years experience supporting executives or founders

Able to travel

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task/project systems, Microsoft Excel)

High emotional intelligence & discretion with sensitive information

Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

Proactive "problem-solver" mindset

Systems thinker — loves structure & organization

Calm and reliable under pressure

Highly dependable with strong sense of urgency

Growth mindset and interest in career progression

Pay Based on experience

Part time 9am-3pm Monday- Friday

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Supporting executives or founders: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Korean (Required)
