About the Role

Founder Jaxon Cummings is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to help organize workflows, implement systems, and support marketing operations.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems, implementing ideas, and helping bring structure to fast-moving projects.

You will help organize operations, build automation systems, and assist with marketing and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Workflow Organization

Help bring structure and organization to projects and processes.

Examples include:

• Implementing systems and workflows
• Organizing projects and priorities
• Documenting processes and SOPs
• Helping manage operational systems

Marketing Systems & Automation

Assist with implementing marketing systems and automation.

Examples include:

• Building workflows in GoHighLevel
• Setting up email and SMS campaigns
• Managing CRM pipelines
• Supporting funnel and lead systems
• Organizing marketing assets

Creative & Content Support

Assist with basic creative and media tasks.

Examples include:

• Simple design work (Canva)
• Editing short videos or social clips
• Organizing media files and assets
• Supporting podcast and content production

Founder Support

Help the founder stay organized and focused on high-impact work.

Examples include:

• Tracking projects and follow-ups
• Organizing ideas and plans
• Helping implement systems and improvements
• Maintaining operational clarity

Ideal Candidate

The best candidate for this role is:

• Extremely organized

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• GoHighLevel
• Marketing automation
• CRM systems
• Canva or graphic design
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Email marketing platforms
• Project management tools

Compensation

$20 per hour

Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
