Executive Assistant

Anderson Real Estate Group Newnan, GA | In-Office | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) with Full-Time Growth Path

About This Role

This is not a typical administrative position. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the owner of a fast-growing portfolio of businesses spanning real estate sales, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, property flips, brokerage ownership, and more.

You will work directly with the owner to create structure, build systems, manage communications, and keep multiple businesses running seamlessly behind the scenes. This role is built for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and become a true right-hand leader over time.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the owner's calendar, scheduling, and daily operations across multiple businesses
  • Organize and handle professional email communication and follow-up
  • Prepare for meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are completed
  • Assist with developing systems, workflows, and AI tool implementation
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks across business and personal responsibilities
  • Grow into content creation, social media strategy, and video coordination over time

Position Details

  • Location: Newnan, GA (In-office required)
  • Hours: Part-time, starting at 20 hours per week
