Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:

Serve as the primary administrative partner to the Managing Director, overseeing calendars, meetings, and daily scheduling with accuracy and foresight

Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion

Take ownership of planning and coordinating internal meetings, team events, and firmwide gatherings

Help drive a professional and well-run office environment by overseeing day-to-day operations and workflow

Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and routine maintenance of office equipment

Prepare and process expense reports while assisting with light accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Support investment professionals with selective research and occasional project-based assignments

Provide limited reception coverage, including welcoming guests and managing incoming calls and communications
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant/ Office Manager:

Exceptional professionalism with a high degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential matters

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
