We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant/Paralegal to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the CEO. <Responsibilities>
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with legal case management using document management systems, ensuring all files are organized and up-to-date.
- Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Perform document review and data entry tasks with accuracy while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support litigation activities through document review, legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis, and preparation of case summaries.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and coordinate communication between attorneys, and external partners.
- Organize files systematically through filing systems—both physical and electronic—and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing for client interviews by gathering relevant case information and conducting preliminary research as needed.
<Skills>
- Paralegal experience with proficiency in litigation and personal injury litigation.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, reports, and correspondence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and data entry accuracy; adept at handling large volumes of files efficiently.
- Superior proofreading and transcription skills ensuring error-free documentation.
- Strong administrative capabilities including calendar management, filing systems (physical and digital), phone etiquette, and clerical support tasks.
- History of supporting c suite executives.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
