Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO

Our client is seeking a high-capacity, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to serve as the primary right hand to the CEO. This onsite role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who can seamlessly manage both business operations and personal responsibilities for the CEO.


The ideal candidate recognizes that supporting a CEO requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced corporate environment while managing the nuances of personal support. You are a "logistics athlete" who ensures that whether the CEO in the boardroom or traveling their operations are frictionless.


The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a high-potential individual who has established a strong foundation in executive or personal support and is ready for a career-defining role. You possess the strategic precision of an Executive Assistant combined with the "no task too small" dedication of a Personal Assistant.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar that integrates corporate commitments, board meetings, and personal appointments
  • Arrange full travel logistics including private aviation, detailed itineraries, accommodations, and ground transportation; schedule appointments and reservations while coordinating closely with house managers and the Chief of Staff.
  • Act as a professional gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate daily with the CEO’s personal staff to address emerging needs and ensure seamless coordination of tasks.
  • Plan family celebrations, and assist with occasional family member travel.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • 4+ years’ experience supporting a C-suite executive.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel (including private aviation), and high-level logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Flexibility with schedule, including availability outside standard business hours as needed
