  • Manage and coordinate the schedules and appointments for the GCEO, ensuring all internal and external meetings are effectively arranged.
  • Handle requests from other departments regarding scheduling, ensuring timely and organized responses.
  • Prioritize appointments and activities based on urgency and importance, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GCEO, including preparing and organizing documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist in the preparation of strategic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all correspondence and documents related to the GCEO are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the GCEO, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders on their behalf.
  • Manage communication between the GCEO and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient responses to inquiries.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with executives, partners, clients, and other external contacts
  • Assist the GCEO with various ongoing projects by gathering updates, tracking progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goal and staying up to date with all the requests.
  • Provide regular status reports to the executive team regarding project timelines, deliverables, key milestones and follow up on the project completion and accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure that project objectives are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide daily reports to the GCEO and perform any other duties as required.
